At TEALEAVES, we strive for the perfect steep; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened accessories and non-perishable items. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened loose-leaf tea or tea bags, but we will gladly replace any product damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
